set priority depending on category selected

    Unfortunately, it is not possible for now. This feature is under the development queue and not scheduled yet. It will be available in future updates.

    Thank you. while this plugin has potential it needs improvments on many things, few bugs here and there too.

    This feature along with the others i listed are very simple to implement, in fact i have done it myself and it took me a few hours.

    i can list probably 50 things that can be improved and 50% of them are very simple to do. im not complaning but you need to see over the other plugins, not only for wordpress. there are so many other ticket system you can learn from and improve this. Keep it up.
