I too have the same problem as Kristi83. I’ve disabled the plugin until a fix is found.

I had the vanishing warning box issue with the last version as well. I’ll send you the URL via your site.I have a couple of sites where the warning box does not work. The Content warning loading box starts appears very briefly then vanishes leaving just a grayed out page with no box to click on. I have to remove the plugin via FTP because the site is disabled.

@julioh4: You need to log out of your WordPress Control Panel. You don’t see the warning when you are an Admin.
@mkampitsch: Make sure you are not logged in as admin.
I’ve updated a couple of sites to 3.3 and Content Warning v2 works on both of them.

I just wanted to make a post to say that Content Warning v2 is great. It is a big improvement over the original.
A couple of notes that may help new users:
You won’t see the warning box if you are logged in as administrator. You need to log out or use a different browser to test the warning box.
When upgrading to v2.3.0 the fancy admin drop down menus stopped working in Chrome making the admin options inaccessible. A quick and easy fix is to empty Chrome’s cache.
Thanks Jerry for fixing the old plugins shortcomings and making it really useful.

On the per-post selection wouldn’t it be better, if possible, to have the default be “not mature” as most per-post users would only be flagging the occasional post as mature.

Not really for me but others would probably find it useful to be able to only have it pop up on certain posts or categories instead of the entire site. For G-rated sites that have the occasional NSFW post.
I’d like to be able to set it to stay gone for X number of hours/days/weeks after it has been clicked YES. I think the original was supposed to do that but it never worked for me.
I’d like it to stay “On Top” of all elements on the page, esp. flash videos & flash banners.
