In reply to: [Verified Member for BuddyPress] HTML shown instead of the badgeHi @mllapan,
Our best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue on our side.
Could you deactivate all plugins but Verified Member and BuddyPress? You should deactivate all existing custom PHP code snippets as well. Then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
Wish you the best for 2022. 🥂

In reply to: [Verified Member for BuddyPress] Works like a charm!Hi @webby87 ,
We have just released a new update of Verified Members for BuddyPress (v 1.2.3). Updating this plugin to the latest version should fix this issue with HTML markups breaking you widgets.
After the update, the problem should now be fixed. However, you might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). To see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. Kindest regards,

In reply to: [Verified Member for BuddyPress] Display all verified members on a pageSince version 1.2.1, Verified Member for BP is now compatible with BP Profile Search. You can thus filter the BP directory to only display members with the Verified badge.
If you wish to try this, be sure to install and activate BP Profile Search. Then, you can filter and save the URL to use it in your menu items or links.
It should do the trick for you. It will also resolved this other issue.

In reply to: [Verified Member for BuddyPress] Conflict with Shortcodes Ultimate?Hi @michaelabf,
Thank you for reporting this issue. I’m afraid Verified Member for BuddyPress is not compatible with Shortcodes Ultimate plugin.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a clue on how to fix this. 🤷🏻♀️
Our best advice would be to find an alternative to the Shortcodes Ultimate plugin. If you really want to use this one, I’m afraid it might require some custom development to make it work perfectly with Verified Member for BuddyPress plugin.Best,

In reply to: [Verified Member for BuddyPress] “Verified” text badge?Hi @mungbean,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is no actual option to change that. I’m afraid it will require some custom work. Unfortunately, this is a service that we do not provide. We only share snippet only to solve issues with our plugin. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently. No snippets will be shared otherwise.
