In reply to: [Verified Member for BuddyPress] wrong name displayed in buddyboss messagesHi @xclazac2,
Thank you for your feedback.
Could you please send us an emails at support@themosaurus.com? This way, we will be able to ask you some information that might be confidential as screenshots.
We’re waiting for your feedback.
This will be fixed ASAP. As we have a lot to work on, we cannot disclose any release date yet.

Hi @webby87,
We’re sorry to inform you that we’ve not fix to provide for this specific widget at the moment. The HTML markups for the Verified badge are appended to the username and in this context, BuddyPress is printing the username inside the “title” HTML attribute without escaping the HTML appended by third party plugins.
We should fix this in the coming release but we cannot disclose any date as we have a lot to work on.
In the meantime, we advise that you remove the badge from BP widgets. To do so, simply go to Settings > BuddyPress > Verified Member > Widgets Settings and uncheck the “Display Verified Badge in BuddyPress Widgets”.
This will solve your issue and allow you to launch your site.
Thank you.
@webby87 Could be more specific please? What is the span class issue that need solving and is blocking the launch of your website?
Is this an integration issue between both plugins?
Thank you.

In reply to: [Verified Member for BuddyPress] Feature request: Expiration dateHi @hemligg,
Thank you for your interest in our item!
Thank you for sharing your suggestion with us. However, we think this request is out the scope of our plugin purpose. Moreover, we think that this feature requires lots of custom development work. For these reasons, we decided to not implement this feature.
In case you would like to achieve this, we advise that you hire a freelancer to do it for you.

In reply to: [Verified Member for BuddyPress] Add user role on manual verificationHi @teeboy4real,
Sorry for the late reply.
I’m not sure to understand what you’re trying to do. However, in you case, it seems better to use bulk edit to attribute the verified ROLE, as this role you set will automatically attribute the verified badge.
Hope this will help you.

In reply to: [Verified Member for BuddyPress] Cancel or Reject Verification RequestHi @clefpascal,
All administrators of your website can accept or reject a verification request.
Note that any other custom role that can manage users on your website should be able to accept or reject these verification requests.
Hope this will help you.
