No Request Verification Button Showing

    We are happy that the verified members show up with check in members page and on profile but there aren’t any buttons on the profile to the users to request verification.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Can you please make sure you enabled the Verification Requests in Dashboard > Settings >BuddyPress > Verified Member > Verification Settings?

    Yes, it’s checked.. It’s been checked the whole time, but doesn’t show on the profile of the member to requst verification.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Could you deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress and Verified Member and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?

    Same issue here, I have disabled everything but verification and buddyboss platform plugins and still no button on the profile page.

    Hi @freezdom,

    It seems our plugin isn’t compatible with BuddyBoss theme. I suggest you to report this to your theme authors. They might have a solution that we don’t know of.
