I have added an option that you can find in your admin panel udner Auto Affiliate Links -> General Settings. At the bottom on the page, under Advanced settings, you can set another priority for the Auto Affiliate Links filter. Try 5 and see if it works as expected.

Hello. I think this can be done, but to make it as you expect, I want to understand why you need it. What you need the exported statistics for ?
The feature to reset click statistics has been added in the last update. Let me know if it works as expected.
