We are continuously working to improve performance, but since there are find/replace operations, at very high numbers it can take some time to load.

Hello. I have tried on different test servers, but I was unable to replicate the issue you are facing. I cant determine the problem unless I run some test on the same server where the problem is happening.

Try this: Activate again cloaked links in Auto Affliate Links, and then go to Settings -> Permalinks, dont change anything but click Save so the rewrite rules to flush. Let me know if it works after you do the above steps.
Hello. Can you send a screenshot of your General Settings page and send it to contact [at] autoaffiliatelinks [dot] com. Also, please try to add a bigger number, for example 100, it is still showing links in the first paragraph ?

-link frequency is set to custom value and put a higher number, for example 10
– same link limit
-same keyword limitIF it is still not working, send me:
