The plugin definitely does best with very static webpages and I still have a lot of work to do before it will be as robust and reliable as it needs to be.no, sorry
Sorry, but there isn’t currently a way to control the chronological order. I will look into adding it in the future, but I don’t know how easy or difficult it will be, so I wont make any promises.
Yes, the reason is that your theme does not load the plugin’s files in the bottom of the page correctly. You should be able to fix this by telling the plugin to load the files in the page header (Visit the Plugin Settings page and under Global Style Options, put a check next to Load Styles and Scripts in Header). With that said, the next update of the plugin will include the ability to load the Styles and Scripts as needed, but the update will probably not be ready for a few more weeks.

In reply to: [Alpine PhotoTile for Google Plus and Picasa] not workingWhen you visit the page https://picasaweb.google.com/kapka97chomutov/Beskydy2012, there should be a link labeled RSS on the right side of the page. If you click on the link, you will see the “feed” for that album. If you check the URL, you will also find that the Album ID is 5751603970272058257 instead of Beskydy2012. Basically, the actual ID is the long number. When you visit your Picasa page, the website changes this number to text to make it easier for people to understand, but computers actually want to use the numbers. You should be able to use the text version of the ID, but I have noticed that it often does not work (and for no apparent reason). Does that answer your question?

In reply to: [Alpine PhotoTile for Pinterest] Not working since 3.5.1 upgradeThe problem is that Pinterest has begun blocking servers that it thinks are trying to harvest data from Pinterest.com. Most photo sharing website use APIs and are able to block a particular user from accessing the website, but Pinterest has not released an API. So instead of blocking a certain user, Pinterest blocks entire servers from accessing the RSS feed. If you are using a web-hosting company, it is likely that many dozens of websites share your server and any one of them could be responsible for getting the server blocked.

In reply to: [Alpine Photo Tile for Instagram] Not displaying in SidebarThe code is for putting the plugin into the text of a post or page. To add the plugin to the sidedar, go to the widget page of your admin area and drop and drop the Alpine PhotoTile widget into your sidebar.
With respect to the plugin suddenly stopping, the issue was with Instagram.com and they have resolved it.

In reply to: [Alpine PhotoTile for Flickr] Not satisfiedThe 30 photo limit is because the Flickr API Terms of Service, http://www.flickr.com/services/api/tos/, require all plugins to have a 30 photo limit.
The reason that the plugin does not show private photos is that retrieving those photos requires authentication every time the plugin is displayed (In other words, you must log into your Flickr account before the plugin is allowed to access private photos). I might added authentication to a future version, but I am afraid that it will add complexity and slow down the plugin. I will try it out though.

There is a high likelihood that the problem is due to web hosting servers preventing the plugin from retrieving the Pinterest RSS feed. Has anyone had success using other Pinterest plugins or have they all stopped working for you?
