Does the error message tell you the file or line at which the error is occurring? If the class was actually missing, the plugin wouldn’t work. I don’t know how the class could be “not found” and yet the plugin loads images on your website.
I am not exactly sure what the problem is, but I just released an update and changed the order that files are loaded. Please let me know if that does/doesn’t help.

In reply to: [Alpine Photo Tile for Instagram] Instagram feed not found errorpfwondersalve,
The problem is that you are using the “User Tag” option. The plugin can only search through your 200 most recent photos for photos with a particular tag. If it doesn’t find any in the last 200, it gives up. If the plugin were to keep searching, Instagram would get annoyed that the plugin is making so many requests to their servers and start blocking your website.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Alpine PhotoTile for Flickr] Two bugs found in 1.2.6.5Thank you!
I have applied and submitted your fixes. I think the <p> issue is that I left spaces in the code, but for JS, they should be tabs.

In reply to: [Alpine Photo Tile for Instagram] Plugin conflict with contact formsYou are not the first person to notice a conflict with contact form plugins. Unfortunately, I have tested the plugin with both “contact form 7” and “fast secure contact form” and I cannot reproduce the error you are describing. Can you give me any more specific details? Does the error occur when using the default wordpress themes? What theme are you using? Are there certain form settings that might cause the problem?
There is probably a single line of code causing the problem, but I just cannot find it. Sorry I have not been more helpful.

The problem is that Instagram is not giving you access to whatever you are requesting. Does it work if you set “Retrieve Photos From : ” to “Global Popular”? Have you tried deleting the user and going through the authorization process again?@ jen.coy:
Over the last few months, it seems that Instagram has become less reliable and more prone to blocking users (as shown by the number of people who have posted to this thread). My best advice is to try deleting the plugin and starting the installation and authorization process from the beginning. I have tested the plugin with WordPress 3.9 on my own website and everything worked for me. I do not know why these problems are suddenly appearing for others. I am sorry that I cannot provide a helpful solution and will let you know if I find anything.Best,

Are you talking about the top menu? I checked it in Safari. The menu seems to work but very slowly and inconsistently. My best guess is that there are simply too many hover menus and that adding the Instagram plugin is just too much. The browser does not report any errors and so I do not think there is a conflict of any sort.
Sorry I cannot be more helpful but I cannot find anything “wrong” that I can fix.
Eric

In reply to: [Alpine Photo Tile for Instagram] Instagram feed not found errorHello everyone,
Can someone please delete and reinstall the plugin and then send the output from the Plugin Loading Test on the Plugin Tools page? I have edited the code to simply display more information.
I don’t know if this is relevant to anyone, but Instagram does have an access limit: “You are limited to 5000 requests per hour per access_token or client_id overall.” However, this does not sound like what people are experiencing. Plus, with the plugin’s cache, this should never be a problem.
My best guess is that Instagram has begun blocking the IP addresses of certain servers. With shared hosting services, the activities of one user can sometimes get the entire server blocked. Again, I have no way of verifying that this is the case, but if Instagram is running just fine and you are seeing a 500 error, it means that you are being blocked from accessing Instagram’s servers.
I will continue to search StackOverflow and try to contact Instagram (who never seem to respond). I will let you know if I identify a problem/solution.
Best, Eric
