Thank you very much for the information and patience, we consider the functionality request and providing an enable/disable option for tracking image, Please note if you disable the image then you’ll be not able to get seen count of email.

We just released an updated Version of the plugin and we did resolve an SMTP issue in that, so please update the plugin and checked it. If you still face the issue, please shared dev site credentials with us so we can take look and resolved it.
