Importing List Isn’t Working

    Hello,

    I’m struggling with CSV file import when attempting to add it to a List.

    When I import the file, the operation seems successful but there are no addresses in the list.

    What could be wrong?
    What are the exact requirements for the CSV file?
    What structure it should follow? Any restrictions on encoding? Anything else?

    Yes, there is a CSV file format.
    You Can you create some user and export it into CSV format and modify your current CSV into exported CSV.

    Hello,

    the problem I’m dealing with is quite another issue.

    I have a CSV file with e-mail addresses. When I create a list and try to import the addresses by uploading the CSV file, it seemingly goes well – a success message appear after the upload is finished – but the list is still empty.

    All I need is to add the WordPress users to the list in bulk, but it seems that the only way is to add them not one by one. Or is it?

    Hi @grysom,
    We tried to reproduce the issue but not able to do it, can you please update the latest version and let us know if you still face a problem.
