Trackemail issue

Hi,

Any one getting this weird issue .. that the trackemail image is showing image not found on gmail at the end of the whole email .. please see the screenshot : https://prnt.sc/kzdvq9

As far as I know this is a 1 X 1 image used to track visits .. but this is giving 404 in gmail

Let me know in case anyone can help
