In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The home changes when I activate eventHi there,
Apologies for the issues you are issue you are facing, I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot this!
This issue seems to me that there is likely a conflict here between a setting, a possible customization, another plugin, your theme, or even your PHP version number.
Please go ahead and test for conflicts. Make sure you disable ALL other plugins besides The Events Calendar and our other plugins, and revert to a default theme like 2021, and then see if this problem resolves itself.
Can you let me know if that changes anything?

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Event Tickets breaks Avada Single Blog PostsHi there,
Sorry about the trouble you are having here, yes we are actually aware of this issue! I think Avada released the 7.9.1 update yesterday with this fix, can you try updating that and let me know if that looks to be resolved?

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] More information about a ticketHi there,
When you set up tickets, there is a spot for a “Ticket Description”, and that should be showing in the Ticket block on the Event page. If you take a look at one of my test events you should be able to see that on the ticket block: https://magnificenttoucan.build067.wpsandbox.app/event/capacity-event/

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] supporto for php 8Hi there,
Apologies for the issues you are issue you are facing, I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot this!
This issue seems to me that there is likely a conflict here between a setting, a possible customization, another plugin, your theme, or something else. It could have to do with PHP 8, however we have fixed a lot of those issues so far so I am not quite sure its exactly to do with that.
Please go ahead and test for conflicts. Make sure you disable ALL other plugins besides The Events Calendar and our other plugins, and revert to a default theme like 2021, and then see if this problem resolves itself.
Can you let me know if that test helps or leads to where the issue might be?

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] no cost ticketsHi @irishblake
Sorry about the wait here, I wanted to let you know that right now, the only way that you can set up a free ticket is with WooCommerce, which means you need to have Event Tickets Plus. All of the payment gateways that you can set up Tickets Commerce with like Stripe and PayPal, just do not allow free products.
You can let us know if you have any questions

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Error on events migration with Events Calendar 6Hey there,
Sorry about the trouble you are having here, we are actually aware of this issue affecting some users, you can try to run through some troubleshooting steps on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/migrating/#Troubleshooting
But I know they have not worked for all people facing this. We have a bug ticket out for this and are going to be releasing a hotfix soon for these. So you can actually wait until we do, and then complete the migration after. You can still keep the updated plugins as well. The internal ticket reference is ECP-1304

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] RSVP is missingHi there @mailied
Sorry about the trouble you are having here. Actually with Event Tickets there is no “RSVP” tab in the settings. , you can just simply add RSVPs to Events when you edit them.
Now your sidebar should have “Events” and “Tickets” can you confirm both of those are there? When you click on Tickets, there is a tab called “Attendee Registration” yes, but that is only available with Event Tickets Plus. Can you let me know which tabs you are and aren’t seeing? Do you have a License for ET+?
Hi @onreal
Since you have Event Tickets Plus, could you actually submit a support ticket with us at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/ ? You have access to Premium Support.
As long as you have WooCommerce installed, and Tickets Commerce is not activated, it should default to creating tickets with WooCommerce.
We can get you assistance in our Premium support helpdesk, when you submit there please include your system information as well: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/sharing-your-system-information/

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] New Events Calendar critical errorHi there,

What version did you upgrade from before 6.0? Was it an earlier version? I am not see the error on that page you shared unfortunately. Do you possibly have any customizations that you made before that were in place? If they are outdate, it would likely cause an issue. Please let me know

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Find out more link is missingHi there,
Sorry about the trouble you are having, can I ask what version you upgraded from? I am not sure the “Find out More” part has been on the List view for a while. If you take a look at our Demo site, that really does not show up on the List view: https://demo.theeventscalendar.com/
I think changing that to add it back would have been your best bet to begin with.
Can you let me know what other issues you are having?
Hi there,
That snippet can be effective to change a lot of things, but you would likely want to edit a PHP template to change those messages in a more permanent way. You can view our guide on editing templates here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/customizing-template-files-2/
And the List of files for RSVPs and Tickets lives here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/ticket-rsvp-template-files/
You would look under /v2/rsvp/messages/success.php for the success message, and for the email you would want to edit /tickets/email.php
Please let me know if you have questions

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Subscribe to single categoriesHi Kat,
You can do exactly this, basically you will want to link to a page that has an appended URL with the category: yoursite.com/events/category/outdoors or something similar. You can actually add theses pages to the WordPress menu.
Then if you go to the subscribe link from that page, it should pull only events from that page, and thus that category.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Error after Upgrade to 6.0Hey there @tandrews13
Sorry about the trouble you are having here, have you made sure to apply the latest hotfix updates to this site as well?
I know there is one issue with the Mini Calendar Widget, is that the widget you were using here? I also want to check and make sure you are not running PHP 8.1.
Can you let me know exactly which widget you are trying to use, and if removing that helps the issue? I just need to get a better idea of the situation here.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Cannot click on day on mobile.Hi @eugenegrant
Sorry about the trouble you are having here, that is interesting I am not sure I have heard of this specifically happening.
Usually errors like this have to do with your theme itself, have you tried changing to something like the 2021 default theme to see if that works? I know that some folks have had older customizations in place, but after updating they do not work because they are incorrect.
You might want to try testing for conflicts as whole: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/
