Twitter Tools is found in the plugins repository.

I believe I found the problem. It appears to be a conflict between the Customize plug in (http://www.jide.fr/english/downloads/customize/) and your plug in. For now, I’ve disabled Customize and it returned to normal.
It would be great if they can work together though as Customize has a couple of nice features making it easier to customize my theme.
