In reply to: [Helpful] How are user voices stored?`Hi Kevin,
Thank you very much for your support – and at this late hour. You are faster than some paid support 😉
I will set up a fresh test installation in the next few days using only Toolset & Helpful and then see if I can reproduce the error in the admin column display. But it’s absolutely bearable, because the statistics display in Helpful itself runs cleanly.
Thanks for the fix in the upcoming update – I will try it out as soon as the update is online.
Thanks again for your quick help!
Greetings
Manuel

In reply to: [Helpful] How are user voices stored?Hi Kevin, thanks for the super fast reply.
I just tried your hint – however, I found further bugs (?) – can of course also be due to my setup.
For a better understanding I have recorded a screencast for you via Loom – but only in German.

In reply to: [Helpful] Display Amount of Votes in Loop-Element?Hi Kevin,
wow- thanks for your quick feedback! Since I am not a PHP expert, your shortcode helped me a lot.
One more supplementary question:
Is it or will it be possible in the future that you can use different instances of Helpful?
What I mean by that:
I would like to use Helpful for two areas of my social intranet project:
As described above as a rating system (only positive votes possible) for idea articles. As headline I would use “Should this idea be reviewed by the social intranet team for implementation?”. My basic idea behind this: Only if an idea article receives a minimum number of votes, it will be reviewed by an internal team for implementation.
Also as a rating system for wiki articles (so more in the direction Helpful is actually intended for). As headline I would use “Was this wiki article helpful?” and after that the buttons for “Yes” and “No”.
So as described above for two areas, but with a different heading for each.
As always, thanks in advance for your feedback!
Greetings
Manuel
PS: Is it possible to support you financially for the plugin, so that I can do my part to ensure the further development. As a programmer you do not live only on air & love 😉
I face the same problem. My setup (all installed in the latest version):
– Astra Pro Theme
– Elementor Pro
– Ultimate MemberThanks in advance!

In reply to: [bbPress Notify (No-Spam)] Double Notification E-MailsHi Manuel,
Sorry for the delay. I got swamped with work and this topic slipped my mind.
Please create an admin account using vinny [at] usestrict [dot] net so I can have a look at your setup.
Thanks,
VinnySry – it’s an intranet – in this case you can’t access it from the outside. I deactivated your plugin for the next weeks. Maybe our internal SMTP-Server is causing these duplicate mails.
Kind regards
Manuel

In reply to: [Private groups] Private Groups & Search Result PageThanks Robin for your fast answer.
That sounds not very good – BuddyPress Global Search is near perfect for our Intranet (woffice Premium Theme). I tried many search Plugins (free & paid) which supports BuddyPress & bbPress – but no Plugin has the ability of BuddyPress Global Search (which support also the Wiki-Module of the woffice theme out of the box). Okay – it’s look like we must cancel the feature of private forums. :-/ A good global search feature is more important.
Thanks again.
Kind regards
Manuel
