Hi @mattce,
Thanks for contacting us!
I would suggest disabling our Link Fixer module on ThirstyAffiliates > Settings > Modules. It’s a small javascript code that runs on the frontend of your site to fix any outdated/broken affiliate links. This might be in conflict when you try to use jQuery to modify your affiliate links.
I hope this helps. Please let me know how it goes!
Hi @duruel,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble there.
This might be related to a conflicting plugin/theme. I would suggest doing basic debug, by disabling your other plugins except for WooCommerce and Wholesale Suite plugins and switching your theme to Twenty-Nineteen.
Then check if the issue would still persist. If not, continue enabling each plugin to see which has a conflicting issue.
But if the issue still persists even after basic debug, please submit a ticket to our support form below so we can assist you further:

Hi @bellinitia,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble there.
Upon checking, I was able to reproduce the issue and raised this to our developers for checking. However, we can’t provide an ETA for the fix at the moment.
In the meantime, please use period/dot (.) when editing the wholesale prices on your CSV file. It will automatically convert to comma (,) when imported to your site.
I’d be happy to get in touch again for updates on this in the future.
Best regards,

Hi @alexyz4,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Unfortunately, it’s not clear to me what you are trying to achieve.
Would you please provide an example and screenshots so I can understand the issue better and provide you with better advice?
If you just want to set the nofollow to your affiliate links, our setting No follow this link? (server side redirects) should be able to apply the nofollow links by adding it in the HTML tag of your ThirstyAffiliate links.
I’m looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Hi @maqbj,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble there.
Unfortunately, we don’t have an integration with the Thrive Architect page builder. In order to prevent this conflict, I’m afraid that you’ll have to disable the Link Fixer module.
Please be aware that I’ve raised this to our developers for review. However, we can’t guarantee an integration or ETA for this at the moment. In addition, the page builder is also a paid plugin so we can’t easily get the resources needed to develop the integration.
I apologize for any inconvenience and let me know if there’s anything else that I can assist you with.
Best regards,
Hi @mercurydan,
Thanks for contacting us!
For this requirement, you will need to have the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium and best to have it with WooCommerce Wholesale Lead Capture.
Then you can follow the guide from our Knowledgebase article below on how you can implement a different Minimum Order Requirement for the first order of your wholesale customers.
https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/kb/set-lower-minimum-threshold-lower-wholesale-prices-first-order/
If you need further assistance, kindly submit a ticket using our support form below as we’re not allowed to cater premium-related questions here.

Thanks for getting in touch with us!
You should be able to export wholesale prices by using WooCommerce Product Import/Export tool. Just go to Products > All Products, at the top part, click the Export button. Make sure to check the Export Custom Meta before clicking Generate CSV.
You should be able to find the meta key called wholesale_customer_wholesale_price where wholesale prices are stored.
Unfortunately, we don’t have an integration with Product CSV Import Export plugin. But if they can import custom meta keys, it should able to export our wholesale prices with the meta key wholesale_customer_wholesale_price.
For reference, here’s a documentation on how to import our wholesale settings for our free/premium version: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/kb/how-to-import-wholesale-data-into-your-woocommerce-store/
I hope this helps!
Thanks so much for taking the time to write this great review, @corrinda!
Hi @tropicalista,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble there.
First, please make sure that the ThirstyAffiliate links that you are searching on the ThirstyAffiliates Image block contain an image. If not, it will not show any image result.
Second, I suggest doing basic debugging, by disabling your other plugins except for ThirstyAffiliates and switching your theme to Twenty-Nineteen, to check if there’s any conflicting plugin that might cause this issue.
Please make sure that you have a backup before you proceed.
If the issue still persists even after basic debug, please let me know so I can investigate further.
Best regards,
Hi @hcorera,

Unfortunately, exporting ThirstyAffiliate Reports via CSV file is not supported on our free version.
This feature is part of our ThirstyAffiliates Pro version along with many other added features like the Link Health Checker, Stats Table Reporting, and more which can help you manage your affiliate links better.

Hi @mrgkanev,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
With our WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium plugin, you can set up a Minimum Order Requirement for your wholesale customers. If these aren’t met, they won’t be able to get the wholesale pricing. Please check if you have enabled this and you can also force your wholesale customers to buy the minimum order requirement by following this guide: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/kb/minimum-quantity-restriction-guide-how-to-force-wholesale-customers-to-buy-a-minimum-quantity/
Regarding the shipping, you can map specific shipping methods for your wholesale customers. Kindly check the following articles to guide you on how to set up this setting.

Please be aware that we aren’t allowed to cater to premium questions here. Kindly submit a support ticket here instead to assist you further: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/support/support-request-form/
I hope this helps!
