Hi @kiburisa,
The issues, with the special characters and rounding should be fixed. You mentioned that the prices are now rounding but not following your preference
(for example, 172.90 is rounded to 173.00, which still doesn’t match 173
We follow the standard and expected values for Google Feeds, GMC should be fine with 173.00; See: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324371?hl=en on the format example.
As for the special characters, can you please pass on your Title or product description which has the special characters so I can give it a test?
The latest version also should address these special characters and I’ll open up the ticket to unresolved.
Let me know how it goes.
Hi @msv4219 ,
At times creating a new feed and passing the feed fixes things. If that don’t work then it’s likely an issue from GMC’s end as the sale_price is set in the XML file.
See: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324471?hl=en
On the best practices and requirements
Hi @vitalik27 ,
send in your debug log: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/ and a screenshot on how you’ve set your filters.
Hi @daryltav ,
Try lowering your batch size: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/; When the feeds are stuck it’s usually the server resource maxing it.
For starters try 50/100; lower or increase the value depending on outcome.
Hi @healthmus ,
Usually Google would let you know why it was disapproved, can you please check why it’s being disapproved?
It’s likely that it’s missing an attribute or missing data somewhere.
Hi @icepicknz ,

Hi @daryltav ,
It’s likely that the feed generates at a differerent time, please go to the completed actions schedules in woo commerce and see if the refresh feeds are actually completed.

Hi @mattyk50 ,
I can’t say for certain, maybe it’s one of your plugins that’s causing or one of your rules and filter. I suggest doing a basic debug to confirm that it’s not a conflict.
I also suggest ensuring the that product has the appropriate shipping class along with the zone targeting and giving said class the shipping methods (Try setting the flat rate to 0 and see if that works)
Hi @mattr928392 ,
The lty_price I assume this is a custom field? I don’t think this is a selectable mappable field on our plugin.
I’ve also tested the product attributes are showing fine on the feed: https://www.loom.com/share/209de9b7364a460f9c0b4c09a87fa333
You mentioned that it’s custom attributes are you perhaps using a 3rd party plugin?
You could downgrade to the plugin version 2-3 months ago, it should be 13.3.6 and below. You can download it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
We are also going to release an update soon which addresses a couple of bugs. You can update then and check if the issues are still showing
Hi @gomedk ,
As you are Elite user, please reach out via our support form via our website. We aren’t allow to provide support to premium customers here due to WordPress TOS: https://adtribes.io/submit-ticket/
Hi @gomedk ,
Translations is only supported through our Elite Plugin. Right now we only support: Polylang, WPML and TranslatePress
With the issue with product type, can you please confirm if it’s custom product type? The default woocommerce product type shouldn’t have “-“
Also, try using the rules and filters and see if you can set a different value.
Hi @mattyk50 ,
At the moment free shipping will only be added to the Feed if it’s in the correct zone and the free shipping does not have any requirements.
I suggest giving this a read: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/how-to-set-rules-for-shipping-costs/
Hi @skiboards ,
By that do you mean that the feed is empty or it doesn’t refresh? Also, the flashing is a visual bug; have you tried visiting the feed via incognito and see if the values are refreshed.
Also, reach out to your server to restart WP Cron; and run a basic debug to confirm if there are any conflicting plugin or themes.
Hi @davidreca ,
Just confirming there are no rules or filters and you’ve already ruled out plugin conflicts? I’m unable to replicate this so it’s hard to provide a solution here.
Also, if you haven’t yet go to Product Feed Pro > Settings and run the migration tools:
