I deactivated the plugins I could part with. The remaining plugin have to stay and it’s still not working. If you have some ideas on how to make it work with my remaining plug ins I will try them but I can’t remove a plug-in for this one that is working for us and that we are using.

In reply to: [Under Construction] Free Version is good – paid version not goodYOU DID NOT PROMPTLY RESPOND TO ME THAT I SEE and my ticket issue is primarily, “Free Version is good – paid version not good” which is my topic and secondly support which it’s obvious you would rather call a paid user a liar than try to help them so the second issue in “my” post is verified by your post.

In reply to: [Under Construction] Free Version is good – paid version not goodNo, I am not a liar and it sounds like you think this is a political post site instead of a software support site. If you actually read my latest support ticket you would see I gave it another try. If you could not fix it in 16+ emails you think I am the liar? The paid version is convoluted. You should keep the paid version the same as the free version and not change the whole workflow and set up and remove the free templates… to many changes to the paid version to make it easy and quick to use. If you have time to study it and go through a learning process and you don’t run into a conflict bug then ok maybe otherwise the free version is the way to go and as you can see support would call me a liar instead of being supportive and saying something like, let’s look into this what is the issue now or even could we log on and look at your back end and see what is going on but “I am a liar” that is the kind of support you get.
