    I had it set up free and thought I needed to just use the paid feature to add an IP to see what login and logout looked like so I got the paid version. However, when you load the paid version and the templates it removes the free templates and set’s up a whole new workflow that includes building your template and saving it to a template file and then activating it. It put my site online so everyone can see it under construction and this it was not easy to get it back under construction. There was a bug that would not put my site back under the under construction. Finally went back to the free version and have not heard from support.

    You’re a liar. Not only have you exchanged 16+ emails with our support but you also got a refund, back in December 2018. If you’re not satisfied with the product – that’s fine. But our support answers each and every ticket we received and you definitely heard back from us!

    No, I am not a liar and it sounds like you think this is a political post site instead of a software support site. If you actually read my latest support ticket you would see I gave it another try. If you could not fix it in 16+ emails you think I am the liar? The paid version is convoluted. You should keep the paid version the same as the free version and not change the whole workflow and set up and remove the free templates… to many changes to the paid version to make it easy and quick to use. If you have time to study it and go through a learning process and you don’t run into a conflict bug then ok maybe otherwise the free version is the way to go and as you can see support would call me a liar instead of being supportive and saying something like, let’s look into this what is the issue now or even could we log on and look at your back end and see what is going on but “I am a liar” that is the kind of support you get.

    The issue here is “have not heard from support”. We can’t (and unfortunately don’t) make everyone happy, but we promptly respond to every single email.

    YOU DID NOT PROMPTLY RESPOND TO ME THAT I SEE and my ticket issue is primarily, “Free Version is good – paid version not good” which is my topic and secondly support which it’s obvious you would rather call a paid user a liar than try to help them so the second issue in “my” post is verified by your post.

    Every single email we ever got from you was answered promptly and you heard back from us. We don’t ignore anyone or their emails. You have every right to be dissatisfied with our product but I will not stand anyone accusing us of not getting back to them on any issue they’re having.

    I don’t know what you did with other people but you surely have not shown me a product or support that is outstanding.

    No, that is not our company. That’s a payment processing company. If you have any issues with the pro version or your purchase email support@webfactoryltd.com

    So, that is the company that shows on billing for your company as your payment processor?
