I’ve done some testing, and I found the rates for Manitoba, BC and Saskatchewan are correctly adding GST and PST. However for Quebec the PST (QST) is listed as 0, with only the 5% GST charged.
I have opened a bug ticket with the developers to investigate.
You mentioned that other provinces are also affected – Could you please confirm that my test results are consistent with your experience? If you’re seeing incorrect rates for provinces other than Quebec please let me know so I can investigate further.

You will need to create a WordPress.com account to login to WooCommerce, but you can host wherever you like – the account is just for connecting.
Yes I’m referring to the free PayPal plugin that comes with WooCommerce. If you are using that plugin (or PayPal Checkout) to process transactions, you’re eligible for support for PayPal and WooCommerce core.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Hide product duplication when adding to orderHi @samuel222, sorry for the confusion caused by the duplication here. This is designed so that you can add a specific variation to the order.
However, if you are managing inventory at the parent product level (rather than at the variation level) then adding either one will decrease the stock level.
To manage inventory at the variation level instead, tick the box here in the variation, rather than on the inventory tab: https://cld.wthms.co/68TUsA
