Kindly please write this query to theme provider. And if you are only facing that issue with the blog page after the ‘blog designer’ plugin implementation then please send that blog page link here.

I apologize for the issue you were facing with the plugin.
We have started working on it with the first priority. And for your reference, we have the live support portal as well where you can put your query for an any emergency.
I also noticed that you mentioned 2 different plugins as well for compatibility issue – WP Super Cache and UserPro. So I suggest, kindly create a support ticket with our portal and provide that UserPro plugin copy via dropbox shared link. So, we can cross check those compatibility issues. (please attach this link as well for ref.)
We will provide plugin update here in wordpress.org asap once we resolve this issue.

I think you are looking to add audio player with the your blog page but there will be no such post exist with the site to make that thing possible.
If I am not wrong then you should try “Soundy Background Music” plugin.
Let me update you, there is no such feature available in PRO version plugin as well that will give you facility to play music with the blog page. Because that is an ‘out of track’ functionality for the blog designer plugin.

Yes, that feature available in PRO version plugin.
In free version plugin you can only design your main blog page but if you want design your category pages, tag pages, author pages and single post pages then you should check for PRO version plugin.

We have updated our “User blocker” plugin on wordpress.org with the solution that are suggested by other dev team.
