We are not providing any features related to blog subscribes. Blog Designer only gives you capability to design your blog page with 6 different blog templates.
If you want that feature with your blog page then you need to create custom blog page php file within your theme files and needs to implement custom code.

Blog Designer not providing any feature for main blog page link from single post page. You can ask your theme developer team for better breadcrumb or you can follow this solution link as well.
