We are glad to know that you are using one of our product – User activity log plugin with your WordPress website
The OpenGraph and Twitter option is added when the post, page, and custom post types change for the Yoast SEO setting.
OpenGraph Hook: Activity is added to the activity page after the change for the SEO title, description, slug, meta, etc..
Twitter Hook: Activity is added to the activity page after the changing the Twitter description as output in the Twitter card by Yoast SEO
This log is for your information only, and you can delete log when ever you want. Also PRO version have more advance features.

ans: Yes you can display post text as per your need (Full Text / Summary).

Ans: Yes, it’s possible to set up multiple layout in your site, but for that you have to go with PRO version of plugin.– it’s possible to create one page with blog designer that take article to show but that articles are on a non-visible page (so that articles are only accessible via the main page)?
Ans: This option is not available in plugin right now with any of version.Let us know if you have any other question.

We are glad to know that you are using one of our product – Blog Designer plugin with your WordPress website.
I have checked your support query and noticed that you have some redirection related issue with the plugin.
So, please follow my instructions.
1. Go to the Blog Designer plugin setting and click General Settings tab.
2. Find there Custom CSS section at the end of the page.
3. Here have found some code in that CSS section just remove that whole code and save it plugin settings.
4. Now check your website once.
Let me know if you have any further query using it.Also keep your plugin updated with latest version.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
We have released new version of plugin 1.8.13 on 30 April 2019. Also then after we have updated plugin with some feature enhancement. Please update plugin to latest version as soon as possible.
After updating plugin, in blog designer settings page, there is a field named ‘Custom CSS’. If you found any malicious code in this field, then remove it and save settings and result will be your issue solved.

In free version of plugin, you can create only one blog layout. So you cannot display one post on home page and 4 posts on blog page. With pro version of plugin, you can create multiple layouts.
