“you have to put “something” in the (http:) line so WPress will add that to your menu first, then you can delete the actual link once its in your menu structure. I also found you have to put a “#” in the link blank or it will be live and take you back to the home page (which I didn’t want). I wanted to just KILL the active link to anywhere, which the “#” does.”

In reply to: [Facebook] WordPress IOS App posts not populating FacebookOK – Updated the Facebook plug-in to V 1.1.8. Also updated the IOS app to V 3.3. It still does not work.
Apps posted with the WordPress IOS app post fine on the WordPress site, but they do NOT get published to Facebook.
(Posts made with a browser on the WordPress site DO get published on Facebook.)
Anyone else having this issue?

This Action Type is available to admins and developers of the app.”When I click “Submit” it asks me for detailed instructions. And when I try to provide it, the site does not allow me to click through to the next stage.
What am I doing wrong? Why am I mucking around the FB Developers site when all I want is to activate a WordPress Plug-in?

One thing I see is some new settings underneath the “Social Publisher” section. They are Publish for [?] post [ ] page [ ] ne_custom_slides [ ] ne_featured_posts [ ]
You need to at least tick off the Post box for the plug-in to post onto the FB page.

The Social Publisher/Publish to Fanpage always returns to the “Disabled” setting after about a day. I’ve re-set the App namespace to no avail. Very frustrating for my clients. Please advise.
