In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Need help with QR codes loushaoThanks for the reply! I loaded up OpenTickets on our regular WooCommerce store site and everything is working perfectly. I think 1and1 was doing something strange with the urls on my tickets only site. Great product!

You have helped others with their QR code issues in the past so I’m not sure why my issue is not worthy of your attention. I appreciate that the software is free, but it’s pretty rude to just bypass someone in need without a simple reply.

I am using 1and1 to host and the QR codes are not showing up on the pdfs, only a broken link. I seet hat you have solved this for others in the past and I need to get my printable tickets working.
