    I have the email situation fixed. Still not getting QR codes on the tickets.

    loushou, I see that you are responding to other peoples problems over the last day. Please respond to this. I am using 1and1 to host and the QR codes are not showing up on the pdfs, only a broken link. I seet hat you have solved this for others in the past and I need to get my printable tickets working.

    Hello @slappy32 are you still experiencing the issue?

    If you are, if you can go to the Admin and go to ‘OpenTickets’ and click on ‘System Status’ and click Show Report and paste the contents here. That could help us figure out what could be the issue.
