It’s very frustrating to see others receiving help on posts after my own while my question is being ignored. You have helped others with their QR code issues in the past so I’m not sure why my issue is not worthy of your attention. I appreciate that the software is free, but it’s pretty rude to just bypass someone in need without a simple reply.
@slappy32 sorry that you were overlooked. We now have some more attention (people) being given to the forums here.

Thanks for the reply! I loaded up OpenTickets on our regular WooCommerce store site and everything is working perfectly. I think 1and1 was doing something strange with the urls on my tickets only site. Great product!
