Reporting is high on our feature todo list, but we want to do it good from the start so it takes some time. Definately something for a 2.X release.

Strange. Can you give us some more information about your installation? Which plugins are you running, what’s your WordPress and WooCommerce version, combined with what theme? Multisite or not? Do you have a live example where we can see your checkout?
