We couldn’t find the problem and were not able to reproduce the error. We’ve tested several setups (single site and multisite) and several versions.
For now, I’ll set this topic as resolved, since I guess it’s something specifically related to your setup, not the plugin.
If you still face the problem, contact us with your online test setup and provide us with login information and we’ll see what we can do.

We’ve discussed it internally and it’s not something we will implement at this time. It’s too far away from the original scope of the plugin (a small, clean lean plugin to enable the customer to add a source location at checkout).
Sorry to disappoint you, but the feature would require us to code for a few extra hours for this single particular feature. I hope you understand.
If we get enough similar requests we might still implement it. I’ll set this topic as resolved, but people can still bump it to show their interest for this feature.Regards,

As it’s fairly easy to implement this feature and we see the extra value for every user, we’ll add it this feature in our next version. Release date is to expected very soon (days, not weeks).

What do you mean with the normal discount page? The cart? You can insert a coupon on the cart and checkout in a standard WooCommerce installation.
And would you show to the visitors that they get a discount when entering their source? (Ie “Show how you found about us and get a discount!”)

Thank you for your question.
We’re always open to suggestions and might implement them if we think they’re useful.So, if I get it right you want to have the functionality that automatically gives a discount when the field is filled in. Won’t you get biased results then? Because everyone will fill in a random source to get the coupon, no?
Or do you mean giving a coupon depending on the source? Then again, what prevents people to tick the source with the best discount?

Just tested a multisite setup, and the settings are still in place on the individual WooCommerce accounts page.
Can you please recheck? Do you have any other WooCommerce plugins running that might interfere?

The settings are added to the accounts page (at the bottom, search for the “Where did you hear about us” header. (tested on a single with WP4.1 and WC2.2.11)
We’re setting up a multisite setup right now to do some multisite tests. We’ll keep you posted within a short timeframe.
