Yes, the values should always be visible in the orders themselves.

Yes, this is something from our plugin (luckily). But it doens’t explain why you can’t see the column in the order overview. Do you have a staging locally where you can turn off other plugins (ie the Custom checkout fields plugin) except for WooCommerce?

Did you set the option to save the source on both your user and order? Or is it currently only saved with the user (which would make your issue just default behavior).

If this is not the problem, could you list your plugins you’re using with version numbers and WP version? Or do you have a staging account online that we could temporarily access?
We need to be able to duplicate this issue to fix it.Regards,

The contents of the “other” field should be displayed just like any other option.

You could add the code of Caroline to your functions.php file in your template folder or use a custom plugin for it.
Have you noticed that with our latest update we added an extra column with the source visible from the overview? Maybe that might help too.
