Collaboration and message boards will be an integral part of the application, but are planned for next year.
This new feature allows you to set up rules to create alerts and reminders for all users, both suppliers and merchants. It is still in design phase, we have not scheduled the development yet.
Yes, you should be able to complete the onboarding, but please also update to the latest version of the extension – 2.5.3

your data was synced this morning and you should be able to see your store in the tool now.
(The reason you don’t see any forecast yet for your products, it that all products were created 2 days ago, the 31st of November, assuming this store is for testing purposes.)

In reply to: [Shelf Planner Inventory Management for WooCommerce] multisiteYour store is trying to activate on our system, but the PHP function that send the memory limit of the server respond with 18446744073709551615 that’s a value out of range, please fix this parameter on server configuration to have the correct value sent, since it’s needed to optimize elaboration of syncronization data.
If this issue persists, please create a new support ticket instead of replying to an unrelated thread.

From what we can see, the extension is set up and working for your account, but I can see you have an older version installed.
If you have problems logging in, please update to the latest version 2.5.2. This should resolve any login issues.
