    How can I add custom chat widget for my staff he can get answer of simple question like ‘What items are in out of stock?’

    HI there, thank you for reaching out.

    Collaboration and message boards will be an integral part of the application, but are planned for next year.

    This new feature allows you to set up rules to create alerts and reminders for all users, both suppliers and merchants. It is still in design phase, we have not scheduled the development yet.
