But I could fix the Problem.
The Problem was produced by different WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL). It has to be identical. I had one URL with www and the other without www.

As you can see the post list design is missing.I deactivated all plugins and re-installed the theme, but this couldn’t solve the Problem.

I made a screenshot to make it clearer:
This screenshot Shows the upper menu in the preview when I am in the customization Panel.
The menu consists of pages. For most pages there are some Sub pages. For example for “Dein Verein”. In the preview you can see a Little arrow right to the Name pointing downwards.Outside of the Panel the Website menu Looks like this:

The arrows are missing here.I hope you can see the issue now. How to fix this?

I first didn’t realize is it, but I think this is the main Problem here.
The option “Post Lists Design and Content” is completely missing.This seems to be a recurring bug as I found a few other threads regarding this issue:
