In reply to: [Storefront] Moving ProductsBy default, the Shop page will show all products in your site.
If you added categories, then WooCommerce will automatically create category pages, showing only the products that are in that particular category. Here are some examples that I could find on your site:
– http://personalitee.myprintful.com/product-category/miscellaneous-tees/With this, you can add direct links to these category pages in your navigation menu. You can read a bit more about that right here.
Hey @lokery
If you want to offer digital downloads on your site, then WooCommerce can handle that without any additional plugins. We have a guide for that available right here.
You can use any theme for your site, which is mostly to determine how your site looks. Storefront is free, but if you prefer a different look, you can use any other theme you like. There are thousands of themes available (both free and paid), and a good place to start would be the WordPress themes repository.
Hope this points you in the right direction!
Hey @joiningpoint
If the text in your product editor is white by default (and only shows when you highlight it), then this is either due to outdated plugins, or it is caused due to a theme conflict, or possibly a third-party plugin. I’d recommend the conflict-testing steps here to isolate the source of the issue: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
– Temporarily switch your theme back to a default theme, such as Storefront.
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
– Clear your browser cache, and the cache on your site if you have one there.
– Test to see if the issue has been resolved. If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until the problem appears again. This will then give you an idea about which plugin is the one causing the conflict.
If your site is on a Storefront with WooCommerce being the only active plugin, and the issue still appears, let us know and we can look into it some more.

In reply to: [Storefront] Default Product Variation?Hi @zingytees
It appears that the link you included with your post no longer works. Could you show us a different page/product where you see this happen please? I’m not really sure I fully understand your question, so seeing it on an actual product page may help me understand it better. 🙂

Hey @63n
Apologies for not addressing this earlier. Let’s try to figure this out again.
I checked a vanilla Storefront site on my end, but I’m not seeing the same issue as you describe (or maybe I don’t fully understand what the problem is). Here’s how the dropdowns look for me in Safari (though they appear pretty much the same in Chrome and Firefox):

In reply to: [Storefront] Handheld menu icon opening delayHey @sami35
I checked your site, but I don’t really see a delay there. When I select the menu button, the menu opens instantly. Here’s how that looks on my end:
Image link: https://d.pr/i/2rUBCSAre you seeing it differently?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Wrong scheduled discounted priceHey @passegua
We won’t be able to troubleshoot a problem that hasn’t occurred yet. Can you show a screenshot of the (settings of a) product where the Sale date expired on February 1st, but on the site it still shows the sale date?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Wrong scheduled discounted priceHey @passegua,
Thanks for the screenshot. This shows that the sale price of €80 is valid from January 1, to March 31. Since we’re still in February, the sale date hasn’t ended yet and so it’s normal that you still see the sale price on your web site.

Can you share a link to your site, so I can see what you have exactly?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Repositioning Add to Wishlist linkHey @fitzy71,
This appears to be an issue with how your theme is coded. You can fix this by adding the following CSS (instead of the 280px padding):
.woocommerce-page div.product div.summary form.cart { float: none; }Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Dropshipping – Markup ValueHey @outcold,
Are you referring to the WooCommerce Dropshipping plugin? If so, please go to WooCommerce.com’s support page to create a ticket.
From there, select the Dropshipping extension in the “I need help with” dropdown. Here is a screenshot for your reference:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Backorder PaymentHey @markyeoj
You may want to look into using a Pre-order plugin instead, which will allow customers to order products but pay later.
Here is an example of a plugin that you can use for that:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Allow backorderHey @kfasterholdt
Can you tell us a bit more about what’s not working exactly? Are you having problems enabling a setting, are the products on the site just not available to order, etc.
Please give me a few more details and I’ll be happy to look into it. 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce effects adsense approval?Hey @abhi1a,
To find out if this might cause issues with your Adsense approval, it would be better to reach out to Google directly, since they are the ones who make the decision about your approval.
