Technical Support Specialist | SendcloudHi @rogerkeno,
If you have already installed the plugin and are using it, you should not notice any changes.
If you do not have the integration set up yet, please send a support ticket via your Sendcloud panel so my colleagues can help you out with a workaround meanwhile.Kind regards,
Jasmin
Technical Support Specialist | SendcloudHi @guido07111975 and @salamandertje,
We are implementing a (functional) change and therefore the plugin has temporarily been disabled. We hope that the plugin will be unblocked again as soon as possible.
We have double checked with our security department and are not aware of any vulnerability in the plugin. It is more likely a coincidence that this happened on the same day. If you want to share details about the report of the bug-bounty hunter you received we can of course take a look. Please do so in the ticket you submitted to our support, which you have meanwhile received an answer on as well.
Kind regards,
Jasmin
Technical Support Specialist | SendcloudHi Pramod,
Thank you for your feedback.
Your question was discussed directly with the team responsible for developing our Service Point Module and the conclusion was that this would be a feature request to take into consideration in the future.
Please note the feature requests are being handled based on customer´s demand, value and effort.
You can check our releases here: https://releaselog.sendcloud.com/changelog
Have a nice day.
Best regards,
Sendcloud Team
Hi Pramod Jodhani,
Thank you for posting your question.
Please note that the result you wish to achieve is not possible unfortunately.
Although there are no considerations at the moment to alter the existing WooCommerce plugin to allow customizing where the Select service point button is injected, I will submit a feature request based on your feedback.
Best regards,
Sendcloud Team

Hi Ahmed,
Thank for your reply.
I don’t want to add pressure on your shoulders, but I am curious to ask you: when are you planning to release the next update?
I am not an expert so I don’t know how these things work and I would love to have a little piece of info about it.
In the meantime, would you recommend to follow @jrftillison advice about reinstall the previous version of the plugin?
Thank you in advance,
SendcloudDear Daniel,
Thank you for your feature request.
Unfortunately we will not implement this in the near future. The good news is: there is a work around for this. In your Sendcloud account in the Incoming Order View you can add filters, also regarding statusses. So if you filter only the orders with the status you like to process, you will not see the orders with statusses as “Pending”, “Refunded” or “Canceled”. For more information please check the following article on our Help Center. I hope this helps you process the orders correctly!
If you have more questions you can always reach us via the Support or the Chat button in your account. I hope to have informed you suffiently. Have a nice day!
