Hi Guido,
Installing the plugin will connect your WooCommerce store to your SendCloud account and will indeed enable you to activate the service points in your checkout. The service points are the only front end part of your store that our plugin will change (you can find the manual on how to install the service points here: https://support.sendcloud.com/english/woocommerce-integration-and-service-point-delivery)). All other features (printing shipping labels, picking lists, track and trace mails,…) that SendCloud offers take place in your SendCloud environment.
Creating a ticket in your SendCloud account is the preferred way to ask a support question (some of the issues mentioned on this forum were tackled this way). However we are working hard to optimize our support, also on the WP.org forum. We will look at how we can upgrade our support here. Thanks for the valuable feedback!

Within SendCloud you can connect your shop to make use of different carriers and offer them in your check-out and immediately print the associated labels in just one click. We do not send feedback to your check-out, so shipping costs are not calculated automatically. Shipping costs are not fixed for end consumers. You can determine the price of the shipping costs for your customers yourself.
Via the shipping rates in your WooCommerce back-end you can set up the shipping rates you want to calculate. These will be shown in your check-out. By adding the shipping method and price you want to ask for it, you can offer multiple shipping options and carriers, which your customers can choose from:

Thanks for your feedback. We are sad to hear that you aren’t satisfied with our shipping solution. We combine carriers in a shipping tool, the main benefit of using our tool is that you save a lot of time with our integrated Processing, Notify and Returns solution.
We have taken your feedback into account and I can tell you that we have an upcoming new release which includes an integration with the weight parameter, product value, product name and more.

At he moment this is not possible with SendCloud. I understand your problem and get it that you don’t want that the radio button (service point) always appears in your check-out. Therefore I send a feature request to our developers. They will check if they can put it on the roadmap asap.
If there are some developments around it, we will get to you back soon.

You can use our plugin if you have multiple shops. When you create a SendCloud account you can easily connect your shop(s). Your orders will be imported automatically. How we show the incoming orders in the shipping overview depends on how you set up the Multisites in WordPress. It could be that you see all your orders in one overview. For now, we can not differentiate multi-shops but are able to connect them.
Connecting your shops with SendCloud just take 5 minutes of your time, so if you want please connect your shops. If it is not working properly for you, let us know. Our developers will take a look at it.

We are sorry to hear that you are facing some difficulties with our plugin. We are always happy to help, therefore we want to find another solution for the permalink requirement. For most shops, our suggestion is the easiest solution. But our CTO is doing some further investigation, to avoid changing the permalink style. The minimum required PHP version is 5.3.
