Hi @freechelmi,
You’re welcome. I’m sorry to read you’re still experiencing issues.
I want to help you overcome your issue with the service points, and the best way to do this is through a support ticket so let’s see if we can overcome this issue first. Free users are able to open support tickets either through a Live Chat or Ticket.
To do this, is when you log into your Sendcloud account:
- Click the Support button which is a ? in a circle.
- Next click Sendcloud platform.
- The page will then show 4 sections, Getting started with Sendcloud, Integrations, Finance, and Features.
- Below this you will see a button with + New ticket which you should be able to click.
- When the next page opens you will see two drop-down menus. For Please choose a category below select Account, and for What do you need help with? select Questions about an existing integration.
- Below the section Your solution might be here you should see another section labelled Get help with Messaging where you can click the Start conversation button.
- The Sendcloud Messenger will then open where you can select more prompts about the issue and provide an explanation of the issue to create the support request.
If you’re unable to complete any of the steps above, please let me know where you get stuck and I will check this for you.
For your question about showing carrier prices to your customers without needing to also provide these in WordPress and Sendcloud this is possible using the Sendcloud plugin in WooCommerce. The prices shown to customers are configured in WooCommerce through Shipping Zones in your Settings. More information about this can be found in our Help Center: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025513452-Service-points-for-WooCommerce#h_01HZF8G459Z7NB1GVK6KJ3RG4C

Hello @nortom ,

Releasing the Beta is our top priority, and we will soon send a communication email about the new WooCommerce version to our users.
If you have any issues with our WooCommerce module or if you have any questions, please contact our support team: How to get support from Sendcloud.
Best regards.
Jérémy | Sendcloud.Hey @luigire ,
Thank you very much for your comment! We will inform all WooCommerce user’s as soon as the transition to the WooCommerce V3 API is done.
I wish you a wonderful week!
Kind regards,
Fabian | SendcloudHi @camilo517
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I understand your concern about our plugin not yet being compatible with WooCommerce 9 without the use of the Legacy REST API. Rest assured, we are actively prioritizing this issue and currently developing a new version of the plugin that will fully support WooCommerce 9 without relying on older APIs.
We aim to release a beta version around the end of July 2024. In the meantime, please note that upon upgrading WooCommerce to version 8.8 or newer, the Legacy REST API compatibility plugin is automatically installed and enabled. This ensures there should be no compatibility issues with the Sendcloud plugin when upgrading to WooCommerce 8.8 or newer. However, using the legacy API plugin requires running HPOS in compatibility mode.
For updates on our progress and the release of the new plugin version, please contact our support team. They will keep you informed about when the newer version of our plugin is available: How to get support from Sendcloud
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out here or open a support case with our Customer Support team.
Best regards,

Hi @cyrix2000

As mentioned, you can keep up to date on our progress in making this a reality within our plugin. Feel free to check in with our support team directly, who can provide updates as soon as it’s released: Sendcloud Support.
Have a great day!

Hello @cyrix2000,
Thank you for your answer and for highlighting the impact on HPOS performance. You are correct that using the legacy API plugin necessitates running HPOS in compatibility mode, which maintains both the legacy and new order tables, leading to potential slowdowns.
If you encounter any slowdowns on your webshop caused by our module, please contact us via support https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046514071-How-to-get-support-from-Sendcloud, we will be more than happy to assist you.
We want to assure you that updating our plugin to the API V3 is our top priority, and our development team is fully dedicated to this task.
Thank you for your understanding. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out here or open a support ticket.
Kind regards,

Hi @cyrix2000
Thank you for your feedback, I understand your frustration with the delay in moving our plugin to API V3. Please know that this is a priority for us, and we are working diligently on a new version of the plugin that will no longer rely on the Legacy API. Our current plan is to have a beta release available by the end of July 2024.In the meantime, I’d like to reassure you that upon upgrading WooCommerce to version 8.8 or newer, the Legacy REST API compatibility plugin is automatically installed and enabled. This means that there should be no compatibility issues with the Sendcloud plugin when you upgrade to WooCommerce 8.8 or newer, so you can still take advantage of the latest WooCommerce features without losing the speed benefits of HPOS.
If you are interested in receiving updates about the new plugin, please contact us via support so that we can keep you in the loop: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046514071-How-to-get-support-from-Sendcloud

In reply to: [Sendcloud | Shipping & Returns Automation for WooCommerce] carrier selectHello Ruud,
Thanks for your message! I hope you are doing well.
As this issue seems account-specific, it would be best to create a ticket via the support section of Sendcloud. This article goes through all the steps: How do I create a support ticket.
Once the ticket is created, we can work with you to identify the root cause and see what we can do to help get it sorted.
Additionally, please note that the Dynamic Checkout is deprecated for WooCommerce and Magento. As a current Dynamic Checkout plugin user, you can continue using the feature, but it will no longer be maintained or updated.
Moving forward, you can continue using this feature through our Dynamic Checkout API, which is currently in open Beta. During this phase, we will continually monitor and test the API to improve its performance, review the returned data, and uncover potential bugs. For more information, consult our Dynamic Checkout API documentation.
Thanks, we look forward to working with you on this!

Hey @alinoa,
I’m sorry to hear that there haven’t been any concrete updates on your ticket in Sendcloud just yet. Response time can vary depending on the complexity of your case and the current overall volume.
Please understand that our options for replying on forums are limited because we don’t have access to case-specific information like we do on a ticket, which is the preferred way to ensure we can address issues while also keeping confidential information confidential. If of course the issue is very pressing, you can reach out on our live channels like chat.
Rest assured, our teams are working diligently to ensure we can get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. For further updates, please engage on the support ticket in your Sendcloud account, and we’ll do everything we can to get this sorted for you promptly.
