In reply to: [BracketPress] 16 teamsWe don’t have a time table. It will probably be a premium product. The NCAA tournament will be over in a week. Then we’ll start work on it.
Sorry for the delay, for a quicker response, please visit our forum at http://www.bracketpress.com/

In reply to: [BracketPress] Pro Version Can't Select TeamsIf you can please post over at http://www.bracketpress.com in our forums there. We are better equipped to handle support there. First steps would be to disable all plugins and switch to the 2012 theme and then test activating plugins one by one. Then change your theme last. See if one of them is conflicting.

In reply to: [BracketPress] Other SportsYes, but you would need 64 teams currently. We plan to build an add-on module that allows for smaller tournaments.

In reply to: [BracketPress] ThumbnailsI’m going to go ahead and mark this as resolved. This is really outside of the functionality of the plugin. We don’t want to get into a licensing issue with posting the teams’ mascots and logos. If you want additional help customizing this on your personal site, then drop by the Support Forum on http://www.bracketpress.com

In reply to: [BracketPress] Looks Awesome! We have some documentation on our website at http://www.bracketpress.com/documentation/
We are about to exit beta, and will begin work on more tutorials and documentation. Everything will be posted on our site, not here.

In reply to: [BracketPress] I don't see the brackets?First off, glad your issue has been resolved. You posted that you were getting a 404 error which meant the post didn’t exist, or WordPress didn’t know how to process the URL and load the correct post ID. By default, WordPress uses a pretty basic, but not pretty, permalink structure. When we install the plugin, it creates a custom post type called “brackets”.
You’ll notice when you navigate to your bracket it will be something like http://www.domain.com/bracket/bracket-1 or something. When the plugin is installed, it has to add that rewrite information for “bracket” to be in the URL. For some reason when you installed it, that info was not updated. By saving it, it refreshes all of the rules.
I should also note, that the bracketpress_edit shortcode should be placed on a REGULAR page. Not a “bracket” page.
Let us know if you have any other questions or comments. We’d love to move the conversation to our support forums at http://www.bracketpress.com — we have better systems in place to scale our support there.
Thanks again for your interest!

In reply to: [BracketPress] I don't see the brackets?Bquerry,
Happy to help. Try these things real quick one at a time and let me know if they fix your issue. It could be as simple as #1
1. Go to settings > permalinks and re-save whatever you have there.
Then try to view your page again.2. Shoot an email with your URL to info@bracketpress.com so we can look at things on the front end as well. If you could give the URL to the page you placed the shortcode, that would be great.
3. We have not tested with multi-site so, it could be related to that, but lets eliminate anything obvious first.

In reply to: [BracketPress] Looks Awesome! Thanks for reaching out, and thanks for you interest in our project!
We do have plans to extend the project and offer a way for people to see where they are in the standings. A leader board — we might even have a mobile version of the leader board available in the next week or so. A lot of our production is based on user feedback. You tell us what you are interested in, and we’ll give that area more attention. If you haven’t already done so – visit our main website and check out some of the extensions we’ve already created. We also have a forum there for beta feedback. Feel free to drop in there and let us know what you think! http://wwww.bracketpress.com

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Directory] latest entry is not displayedThis is the type of support question that is impossible to answer. The plugin author would have no way of knowing what changes you have made, or what the issue could be. Running the latest version of the plugin is the only reliable way to even begin to receive support.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Directory] GF Directory plugin makes form editing disappearI was able to view the form again by disabling the plugin. Then going in and deleting the special directory form fields off of the form. Then saving the form. Then reactivating the directory plugin.

In reply to: [CollabPress] Calendar, Users, Projects, and Overview are missingIt’s a new warning that was introduced in 3.5 — here is a quick post about the warning. I noticed that the version that is hosted on WordPress.org isn’t the most up to date version on GitHub, so they might have fixed this in the latest version. I am not getting this warning.

In reply to: 3.3 media upload problemsI removed my original post and created a separate, different post. Because my issue wasn’t exactly the same as this posters issue. My issue has been resolved. My host had to modify my Fast CGI settings and increase the memory. Not sure if it was related to PHP being upgraded on my server and something not getting tweaked correctly, if 3.3.1 requires more memory, etc… but whatever it is, it is now fixed for me.
