In reply to: [WooCommerce] menu categoriesHi there @wpbetsy,
Are you able to be more specific or provide more detail, it’s hard to say what may be going wrong without further information.
Do you have an existing menu that has product categories in it? If so you are trying to update it with new categories, etc…?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] The requested URL /cart/ was not found on this server.Hi @erikschefler,
I assume maybe things have been fixed now? I was able to go from the shop page, to cart, to checkout without loading issues.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] zip code filterHi there @pewie37,
There is this extension, made by one of our own developers, that may work for you.

Hopefully that ticks the box.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to user role upgrade with product codeHi @sokamo,
You could accomplish this with a few extensions and coupon codes, at least that one way without involving custom code.
The extension I have in mind is Memberships. I’d recommend that because based on purchasing a membership products, either Product A or B, they’d then just immediately have access to content based on their membership. It does away with the need for a special code / product key that could be shared.

At least initially here Memberships seems like an easier option for all involved.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to rotate between two different credit card gateways?Hi @cableboy,
I’m sure it could be done and it seems like that code is one possible way to make it happen. If that code did work, adjusted for just two gateways, it may be possible though that customer A & B would both randomly get Gateway A. It randomly gives them a choice between all available options, in your case two gateways.
Out of curiosity, why do you need this? 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce] No “order” or “pay with PayPal” button in checkout.Hi there,
Interesting issue here, I see that PayPal seems to be working but offers no Place Order button like the other payment gateways do.
Link to image: http://cld.wthms.co/g9S9iYCould you first try some troubleshooting as outlined in the doc linked below?
https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/troubleshooting/
In particular trying a default theme like Twenty Seventeen or our Storefront theme, as well as deactivating other non-crucial plugins to see if there is a conflict here. Let us know what you find and we’ll take it from there!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error Stating “No Payment Methods For Your State…”Hi @clifton11221,
Ahh, sorry. I was looking at the option that lets you use a simple Payment Email address through WooCommerce Services. Removing any need for API credentials. Forgive me for asking the previous question. 🙂
Link to image: http://cld.wthms.co/s2O8tJTo get login information to us it’d be best to use our ticket system. We should offer you support when using PayPal Express extension. Open a ticket here and you could mention to assign it to me (Ryan Ray). https://woocommerce.com/my-account/marketplace-ticket-form/
Just let me know when you’ve submitted it and I’ll try looking for it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Home page doesn’t dhow my productsHi there @lknights1987,
The first thing here is to look at your page settings in WooCommerce. At the moment the url the Home menu uses is ( http://babiezwarehouse.com/product-category/shop/ ). You’ve set Home menu item to link to a product category called shop it appears.
Also, your main url is showing all your product categories so is there a page set as the shop page that is also being used as the main page in your site? Here are a few things to check… 🙂
First is the shop page under WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab.
Link to image: http://cld.wthms.co/Y1mTmTSecondly, go into Settings > Reading and see what your homepage settings are.
Link to image: http://cld.wthms.co/hYcj3dOnce your home page/shop page are all sorted out you can then go into Appearance > Menus and change the Home menu item to use the correct page or custom link.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Refund button not working anymoreHi there JJ,
When looking at the orders causing this issue, what payment gateway was used? Those at first seem to be fairly foreign errors, they don’t look familiar to what I (we) normally see in WordPress/WooCommerce.
Could you also please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. In addition, would there be any other logs that have errors related to this? For example, whichever payment gateway was used for these orders could have a log file under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
The more info the better for us to help figure out what’s going on. Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error Stating “No Payment Methods For Your State…”Hi @clifton11221,
I know you’ve used the manual API entry so far to setup, could you try using this button to setup PayPal Express instead?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error Stating “No Payment Methods For Your State…”Hi there,
I see the same message as well before even entering any billing information. You only need the username and password, the signature is optional only if you use a certificate.
Just to confirm, try enabling something like Check or BACS payment gateways and see if checkout works then. If so, that at least does point to an issue with the PayPal Express setup or your PayPal account.
It’s then hard to troubleshoot that as we’d need access to your PayPal info and WooCommerce site, and you’ve said you’ve double checked your PayPal info anyway.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Automatically added Order Note doesn’t send emailsHi there,
Maybe this has something to do with the type of note the app is adding?
Link to image: http://cld.wthms.co/fTQgxyIf it’s not a customer note an email won’t be sent to the customer with the note content. A private note never triggers an email and sends it contents to the customer.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Salestax limited to a StateHi Stefen,
It’s hard to perhaps figure out without being able to test ourselves on the live site. But as Riaan was saying it comes from the tax rates entered into your tax classes.
Double check all of those classes to make sure there aren’t any rogue rates, and also double check all of your rates to be set correctly. Especially since you mentioned you have 922 zip codes setup there.
Also, looking at the orders coming from other states is their billing or shipping address still perhaps in Georgia? Just curious about that part, even though your tax settings use your shop base address.
