    The product categories added can’t be updated at Appearance—-Menu for creating menu. What would the problem be?

    Hi there @wpbetsy,

    Are you able to be more specific or provide more detail, it’s hard to say what may be going wrong without further information.

    Do you have an existing menu that has product categories in it? If so you are trying to update it with new categories, etc…?

    I have make changes to categories and added new categories and sub-categories but the updates doesn’t update here so I can’t add those updated categories to created menu.

    @wpbetsy The Categories shown in your screenshot are blog categories. You will need to enable Product Categories before you will be able to select them. This is done by clicking the Screen Options tab at the top, then selecting Product Categories.

    When I tried to save the menu, it loaded for a long time and failed.

    What’s the problem? How to fix?

    @wpbetsy This sounds like there was a problem at the server level. This can be caused by many things. If you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, you should see a drop down list. In the list, there may be a fatal-errors log, if there is, view that. The last error listed should be related to what happened.

    If there is no log, then it is recommended you follow the steps at the link below. You would need to deactivate all plugins, then activate a few at a time and try to update the menu again to see if there’s an error.

    @wpbetsy Since the Menus section is directly related to WordPress and not WooCommerce, all we would be able to suggest is the self service troubleshooting mentioned before. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and attempt to save the menu. If it then works, reactivate all of the previously active plugins.
