In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Endless processingHi @webhk,
I think a few things would be important to have from you. First, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.Second, I would then enable logging under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and select Manage next to Stripe. Then at the bottom of those settings you’ll see a checkbox to enable Logging.
Link to image: https://cld.wthms.co/20lTOrThen if any errors are logged you’ll find those under WooCommerce > Status > Logs tab. There will be a Stripe log for every day that logging is enabled.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Card holder nameHi @alessiobrii,
I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are needing here from Stripe/WooCommerce.
It almost seems like you want to disable the billing details section and only use the shipping details? If I’m on the right path, see the settings under **WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options** to choose a default field to show.

In reply to: [Storefront] cache plugin with woocomerce and storefrontHowdy @luanphilipe,
It seems like you’ve got some good caching info to work with. I’ll mark this thread as resolved now. If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread.
Hi @kacperbro,
In addition would you mind sending us your system status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. Thanks!

In reply to: [Storefront] Increase gallery thumb image sizeHi @ben72,
Would you be seeing this when only viewing your site in Safari, or is it in all browsers? If Safari only this is a known bug that has a fix waiting to be deployed.

Whatever it was, if that has done the trick for you then that’s great. Does that mean you’ve fixed your image woes for now?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Hide Products/CategoriesHi @chidobernie,
Is there any sort of existing maintenance mode on the site, where you could send us the creds via our QuickForget.com service?
If so, use the email link option once you’ve saved the credentials to get past the maintenance mode (or however you’ve made it private) to
woologin@woocommerce.com
Link to image: https://cld.wthms.co/iwufEdThen let us know here in the forums that an email has been sent and from what address it was sent from. We can then safely find your site info to access it and help with some CSS.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Pending Order Payment Empty CartHi @amc11,
To clarify, you’ve manually created an order in WooCommerce for a customer. Then you are selecting the Customer payment page link from within wp-admin?
Link to image: https://cld.wthms.co/GbmCDtI think one of two things are happening if so. Normally, if the order you’ve created is assigned to a different Customer account than the one you are logged into you aren’t able to use that link. This should happen like this no matter the payment method used, you’ll see an error that says, “This order cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance.”
Link to image: https://cld.wthms.co/VJ45yrThe odd thing in your case is that it sounds like the checkout process is broken up into two steps? The first page makes you agree to the terms and conditions and the second would normally be where you enter your payment details. If that’s also correct, do you know if your theme or a plugin splits up the checkout process into those pages?
Either way, it’d be helpful to have your system status report. 🙂
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Best caching practices for WooCommerce category pagesHi @randomdev91,
Good question here that may mostly depend on how the caching setup works on your site/server. Often times a caching system has a way to pre-load it, and if that doesn’t work then the first visit (like you’ve done) should cache it for everyone else visiting the page.
Also, 60 seconds makes it sound like something wrong is going on with that page. Wowweee. 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to customize Product Categories block?Hi Michael,
This all sounds like it might be possible, likely just needing some good CSS work as you noticed there’s not any controls built into the blocks for this currently.
Would you mind providing a URL for us to view the blocks in your theme?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax For Manual Orders But Not For Subscriptions?Hi @dmallett,
Ah ok, if I understand correctly you could use tax classes per product/variation. There is a Zero tax tax rate setup by default in WooCommerce and you can assign your subscription products to that tax class, meaning your Subscription products don’t charge tax. But any other products, added in a manual order, would have tax applied to it depending on its tax class.
Maybe we’re misunderstanding and mixing up lingo, but it sounds like subscription products aren’t taxed and your one off simple products are taxed?
Also, you could perhaps manually add a “fee” to these manual orders to account for tax charges. If that makes sense.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Square stock not managing correctlyHi @candygoblins,
Sorry you’re having these troubles here. Could we start troubleshooting by getting some information about the site?
First, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. Also, it’ll be helpful to know your Square settings. Can you share a screenshot of those? We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] WooCommerce Declining CCardsHi @primebattery,
Thanks for sending your system status over, what @amandasjackson was asking for is the error logs from Square itself.
You may need to enable logging under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and select Manage next to Square. Then at the bottom of those settings you’ll see a checkbox to enable Logging.
<img src=”https://cld.wthms.co/t7saqj
+” alt=””>
Link to image: https://cld.wthms.co/t7saqjThen if any errors are logged you’ll find those under WooCommerce > Status > Logs tab. There will be a Square log for every day that logging is enabled. Pick the appropriate day to find that days logs and see if any of these orders appear in the logs to explain what’s going on with them.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] File missing from pluginHi @curiouslt,
Would you mind sharing a screenshot what you are seeing? On my test site I also do not have said file, but am not getting any error in my browser console saying it’s missing. I tested this on the checkout page with Square selected.
