I believe, the easiest way is to copy needed templates from \wp-content\plugins\wp-property\templates\ to your theme root folder and change them if you want.
That will be very useful for our users if you try that plugin and tell us the results.

wp-content\plugins\wp-property\templates\ folder has wp_properties.css file.
That page doesn’t exist any more. I hope, you found out your issues reason.
