Do you know where a demo is of that above mentioned contact form?

In reply to: Looking for an upload script PluginI thought of that. Thats basically how I am doing it now. Im more looking for a way to automate it. I dont want to have to upload the files through FTP and then manually add links. Im looking for a plugin that will have a form field to upload the file and a form field to enter a file title and then an option to specify what category I want it on.
Sounds like there is nothing like this out there

IE.
Fall 2005 Semester
– AutoCAD
Drawing1.dwg
Drawing2.dwg
Drawing3.dwg
– Calculus
Project1.doc
Project2.doc
Project3.docSo the semester is the main category, the course title is the subcategory and I want to upload files to the subcategory. The files would be in a variety of formats but mostly word/excel/autocad files.
