    The term “best” in this sense is subjective. Superlatives only apply from your perspective, so I can’t say what’s best for you.



    You are correct best is subjective. My only requirements are easy to install. For an image script I do want one that allows on site storage of images rather than at flickr etc.

    Do you know where a demo is of that above mentioned contact form?

    Unfortunately, no. I use one you have to roll yourself, but still uses the Akismet filter. That was the number one thing I was looking for in a contact form. At the time I installed it, though, there was no Akismet-powered plugin.

    As for photo plugins, I thought about using Photopress once, when I briefly considered a photoblog.

    Edit: flickrRSS can store local images in a cache folder; that’s like a million times better than pulling remote data, especially if you’re on a shared server.
