In reply to: [Gallery by FooGallery] Foogallery pixelatedHi,
The thumbnail setting was at 80% but on your advice I upped it to 100% and that sorted the issue across the board.
Many thanks,Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: W3 cache or ValidationI was sent this link by the theme designers which I found useful:
Google insightsIt looks like a simpler option for someone like me but still shows how to make the site efficient.

In reply to: New site in multisite broken linkI have it sorted now thanks to your suggestion of pointing the addon domains to /public_html/

In reply to: Multisite including subdomains or addon domains.Thank you for explaining that. Once the addon domains were pointing in the right place the problem was solved.
Thanks.Forum: Networking WordPress
In reply to: Adding new site-error messageI think I have sorted it out thanks to you Ipstenu,
As you suggested elsewhere, the addon domains were not pointing in the right direction, once amended I was able to add a new site and the 500 error has gone.
Thank you.Forum: Networking WordPress
In reply to: Adding new site-error messageHi Ipstenu,
I have now resorted to removing the WP install from the sub domain. I have then tried to add the new site to my multisite network and then when I go to dashboard for this site I get this message:Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@andybeckartist.andybeckimages.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

In reply to: Adding new site-error messageHi Ipstenu,
Yes, the reason that the website now works is that I did as I said earlier and did a separate install into that subdomain. That may not have been the right thing to do but I was just giving things a go. Hopefully I can remove these WP installs from the subdomains or add on domains and just be left with the WP install in the public_html and get the required addon domains to point in the right direction. As in the other topic.
