we would like to help you on this issue. First of all. If your licence is not valid anymore the pro plugin will tell you this. So no worries about that.

For Second there are a bunch a problems that can lead to not counted conversions. Are you using caching services or something like this? Could you please tell us on with site you are running the plugin?

you are on the right track on this topic. All cookies starting with elementor_split_test_ are used. Besides that no more cookies are placed.

In addition to that the pro version has a cache buster. It uses JavaScript to work around caching issues.

is it true that there anchor links are on the same page? If there is no new page load of a different page with a different url this is will not work.

so for the first thing we will roll out a fix. This is indeed an issue.

If you are using split test for elementor without cache busting differences are normal to the way it works. Google Analytics uses java script code to track conversions with can be blocked easily by trackblock / adblock plugins. People say that 30% of page views can not be tracked by Google Analytics. What i can not understand is big difference in numbers. Do you have any other insights like server logging or something to get a third view number? Server loggings are most akurate (if not using caches like cloudflare).
