Maybe it is also depending on the theme you use… Just the jquery worked for me and maybe with another theme people need to downgrade… at least they have some options now to get this thing on the road again.
I checked the complete site and everything seems to work as it should be… so complications (until now…)
WordPress 3.1 uses a new version of jquery that causes the conflict.
You can download an older jquery here and replace the jquery folder in your wp-incudes/js with the one you downloaded.
After that it should work again…
At least for my gallery it worked…
