In reply to: [GeneratePress] How to stop WordPress butchering images?The plugin worked perfectly although not that i needed to crop but will come in handy for sure.
Main thing is images remain the “same” now when uploaded. Thank you.- This reply was modified 5 years, 8 months ago by rob33.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] How to stop WordPress butchering images?Brilliant – thanks again David, will explore & implement.
The size is being altered yes even with measurements set to zero for thumb../medium/large in Media under Settings
And in WP Edit I choose “actual size” which still stretches 111px length to 200 +.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [GeneratePress] How to stop WordPress butchering images?Right. I still see an expanded smudged image, not what it should be.
Not sure the resolution from here.
Do you know of a way to stop wp doing this in 1st place so as to avoid the afters.
Check hp. “Best paid” label i took ss of. Compare the two. Had to stretch ss image in as even keepiing actual size it expands it in wp edit. Cpmpare the ss and the label – they look different. Just need to stop wp reshuffling the sizeForum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [GeneratePress] How to stop WordPress butchering images?I make that about 290 x 80 – any way to stop wp doing this to images, is it gp related? Would just like to keep them their actual size.

This should be 111 x 32 but even uploading to give example it still stretches out to about 130 x 40 – do u concur.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Getting: span class= etc above CommentsI should add that adding to simple css as opposed to individual page plays with homepage – see ss https://teojobs.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/comments-box-color-interfere-with-hp.jpg
Anyway around this or does it require individual pasting for each listing?
Should add while that whole section white is great, was referring to the actual box itself where you write your mssg.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Getting: span class= etc above CommentsSorry – it has worked. Just realized I have 3 ways to remove Title, through a hide post title plugin, GP and in my plugin to remove Listing Title. Anyway, conflict resolved. Cheers 😀
and…. 🙂 super finally, would it be possible to have background color of comments box white, separate from the assigned content bkgd color #F2F2ED which works best for homepage but requires individually changing each post to white.
You kindly advised of this:
.site-content .inside-article {
background-color: #ffffff;
}Would “content” become “comments” in this css?
Tks.
