Thanks for your response. I enabled logging on the plugin and none was logged, hence I mentioned earlier the issue is with PesaPal not sending the IPN requests back to the endpoint. A similar user had the same issue and PesaPal resolved it for them. You will have to take this on with PesaPal as they control that.

I did debug the issue with a user before and the issue was on PesaPal’s side not sending the IPN requests, as their support is very reluctant on getting things fixed.Warm Regards

There should be an error log generated when transactions are hit. Let me take a look at the code and add more debugging options.
