Thanks for your response. It works now, the script was not loaded well on the page so I had to do a hard refresh. It would be good to show some progress on the button, or replace the text with the word “Processing…”, something to show the user that an action is happening.

PesaPal sandbox is handled by the team at PesaPal 🙂 The sandbox environment for PesaPal does not work 100% of the time. Please advise which type of transactions you are trying to test as we may be able to assist with our in-house solution.

PesaPal only allows 1000 limit for free accounts. Amounts over 1000 will need to be approved by PesaPal which involves signing a contract with the PesaPal team. We are also working on our own integration that removes these limits and restrictions. But for now, the error you are seeing will have to be handled by the PesaPal team. Hope this finds you well. I have checked the checkout page http://bubblyliqour.com/checkout/ and i see the message : “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” . Have you configured the gateway? Please also check the plugin transaction logs if the email is saved as I pushed an update for this on 2.2.5

Regarding transactions on PesaPal, please liaise with PesaPal team on this on https://support.pesapal.com/. Please note I do not work for PesaPal

Please liaise with PesaPal on this as demo does not send IPN. Also make sure to enable the cron in the plugin gateway settings to check for transaction status
